I don’t believe there was any plan to add them from the start, but, who knows? They have been getting some pretty obvious clues and should just accept they’ve fumbled hard on this one. No matter where you look, it’s pretty visible g6 is only getting significant traction with fans if all 6 are involved.
Anyway, I just made my original post because I don’t think it’s right to invalidate or look down on others fans and say they have “too much of a high opinion about themselves” just because they’re unsatisfied or insecure about g6. The same way you have the right to many g6 images here as you’ve been doing, which may make many upset, they too have the right to express their feelings.

G6 is a different -verse, it’s not G4, so in G6 verse they’ll all meet later but still meet. They’re not ignored or excluded. The story will just be a lil different. It’s nothing catastrophic.
I don’t know about how you understand the characters, but I don’t think any of the Mane 6 would be okay with 2 of their friends being ignored and excluded. But maybe I’m overreacting, and the other 4 never really cared that much about them.
Some time after analyzing those pics, I came to understand it is not how ponies would react, but it is how fans react, and I finally gained peace after that realization.
