I feel like theres a story there

I’d be curious to see the progression of the pegasi who really want to be there vs the ones who were forced into a new body with little understanding of what they were g up for.
You’ve got some pegasi – maybe like Dust Devil here – who never truly settle in, and while they make a worthwhile contribution on tornado duty, they demand to be turned back as soon as it’s done.
Maybe you’ve got another cohort who want to at least make a good impression on the other pegasi, so though their flight skills are extremely rough to start, they progress steadily in their new bodies.
Then there’s a uniquely motivated group of transformees who have been eagerly waiting for this day forever. From the moment they start their training, they stop only for sleep & the essentials, quickly rising to the level of lifelong pegasi.

Are those mares summoning people from Earth and turning them into ponies? Is this whole world populated by transformed humans?

That could be! I’m not to say what’s causing people to turn into ponies, but the other of their newfound species are clearly thrilled to have another friend.

It’s great when a mare gets her first TF art.

Thanks! Yeah, at this point many of the rare mares I could draw haven’t had any TF art; Dust Devil appears in Hurricane Fluttershy and no other episodes.
