Yeah the thing is MLP is still intended for a female audience. The writing, animation, and character designs are built with young girls in mind. I’ve read Kuroshisuji and there is abso-fucking-lutely NO WAY that was written for a 10 to 18 year old male.

Why not? My Little Pony has been marketed toward girls for almost the past twenty years. They’ve only started broadening their customer-base in the past few years.
