But they’re all the same culture. They have the same language, the same beliefs, they all rally beneath the same flag, eat the same food. A monoculture can have individuals of different races, just as a polyculture can have individuals of all the same race. E.g. if I were to go back to Naples I would be the same race as everyone else but my cultural modalities would be demonstrably different.
