My god imagine those things in action. Just think how much they could haul.
 
Bombs, shells, rations, spare armor, water, whole cannons, the carts you could strap to those things would be humongous. With creatures like these the Changelings logistics would be taken to a whole new level
 
Also I guess you could use any extra one up on the front line… if you wanna waste them.
