If a screencap is edited in a way that makes it look suggestive/questionable (animation loop, crop, text edit, etc) it can be tagged as such. However, an unedited screencap from the show is always safe, no matter how suggestive/questionable it may look to some of us.
This one is cropped, so it’s right to tag it as suggestive.
