I would think it would cause a pinning check instead, to keep from being distracted and immobilized when you’re still in a battle.
YOU try to concentrate when there’s a fluffy pink xeno hanging off your backpack and loudly asking what the “metal pineapples” on your belt do.

Let’s say she hits the entire unit, but instead of causing damage, the affected models must a leadership test at -4, or break and run from the incessant talking.

Seeing as I’m not responsible for this particular model, I can happily agree with the thin your paints’ comments here.
In fact, I agreed strongly enough to put it in as a tag here when I ed the picture.
So, next time I get a ‘thin your paints’ comment for my own entries, I can point at this and say ‘it could be much worse!’
