Knowing the Battle Network series, and Bass’ role in it, I can but hope for Titek’s sake that he’s prepared to bring his absolute AAA-game. You don’t challenge Bass.exe lightly and make it out in one piece, much less alive.
Well depending on the game, Bass.EXE shows up fully loaded. He has his LifeAura that will block the weak attacks, and it will simply come back after a few moments. Well I suppose Tirek would simply blow it away with a Nrthwind, if he figures it out first.
Then there’s also Bass.EXE’s get ability program. He could keep killing things and continue to get stronger. Although not sure if he kept the trick after BN3.
Well, if anyone could sunder the earth, incinerate landscapes with Gospel’s head, and break the strongest barriers, shields, and auras, it’s Bass.EXE.

Nope, but unlike the original Bass he was almost destroyed a few time and came back with a lot more power, with Mega being the only one that match power with him and in the Manga he partially absorbed Falzar-
SOmthing Mega could’t do and was only over powered by Gregar fused with the rest of Falzar and it took Bass and Mega working together to stop that.
Zero in it got killed by a copy of himself self-destructing, Bass took out copys of himself(there where a lot) with out any trouble.
And then there’s that Gospel cannon he can pull out.
Its not going to be pretty being on the receiving end of that devastating weapon.

But did he manage destroy Megaman like the original Bass always wanted? And did Megaman stay dead?
Agreed, Zero.EXE was a dissapointment in every way compared to his other counterparts.
Zero in EXE/Battle Network is weaker then Bass.
