Well, that’s pretty hot actually. I imagine Rarity is actually feeding her in public, allowing everyone to see how Applejack’s body slowly gets bigger as her stomach gets more and mores distended by the constant comsumption of food and the insane increase of body fat.  
The spectacle would be even more arousing as Rarity asserts her dominance over Applejack by making her proclaim that her huge body is now Rarity’s propierty, being her the one who decides how much she will grow or what accessories will she wear, specially tight pieces of lingerie Rarity made specially for her.
