All of those parts can actually be swapped, pretty much every gun nowadays can take AR15 stocks, the sights are mounted on a standard rail, barrel extensions are screwed on, and the magazines are what’s called STANAG, which was a NATO specification to allow local variation guns/magazines as long as they all could fit one another.

It’s actually a lot of weapons combined. I don’t know from which gun the stock is, the body of the gun is from the ACR, the sights and barrel are from the Remington R5 (COD Ghosts) and the magazine and trigger handle are from the Hbra3 (COD Advanced Warfare)
The gun’s either an ACR or a Masada, biggest difference between the two was the charging handle and I don’t see one at all here so I can’t say for sure which it is, but it definitely ain’t a G36.
