It started in the ‘Stare Master’ episode, wherein Apple Bloom was calling a lost chicken. Scootaloo said “That’s not how you call a chicken.”  
This ends in Apple Bloom saying  
“Oh, now I know how to call a chicken! Scootaloo! Scoot-Scootaloo!”
