I also don’t have patreon and very very rarely offer prints so that’s a factor. We’re all artists with an aesthetic, I just happen to use a different platform (making clothes/sets, makeup, etc) and I’ve received far more respect from them than I have random anons ie you

Funny how no one ever accuses artists who only draw clop of being moneygrabbers only into ponies as a gimmick… Even tho I can guarantee they make waaaay more money than I’ve ever made as a cosplayer lol

I’ve been a fan of MLP since the very beginning; I’ve been cosplaying since then too. If you look at my tag I’ve done various cosplays in various stages of undress including ballgowns, long dresses, bikinis, and oversized sweaters for years. I’ve recently been working on a huge project related to the series that’s already cost me hundreds of dollars and hours only halfway into completion, but I wanted to do a boudoir-style shoot for Valentines Day as I love both, and figured a wedding lingerie-themed Cadance shoot would be cute. So I spent a few hours setting up a set, styling my wig and doing makeup, as well as roping my boyfriend into helping me out with the picture taking as I have been putting all my extra money into purchasing things for my next big project and could not afford a photographer. Given the circumstances I was happy with the results and thought everything looked cute so I posted it online. If you think I did all this for random dudes on the internet, you’re sorely mistaken.
