There’s Link-as-a-pony from before this episode in various fanversions, so “Link Pony” is a legit tag to keep.
It’s because the Link pony (whatever his name is) uses Epona’s color scheme, particularly the white stripe on the muzzle.
I’m just trying to figure out why the ‘Epona’ tag is on this image.
Edit: Seems like someone already aliased Container Heart into Quarter Hearts, but “link pony” still exists…
