In the storyline, masters are given the option to give their slaves clothes that accentuate their feminine features. Big Mac could argue that the torn clothes
A) make them more productive and
B) fulfill said role saying that, in his opinion, they made them look sexier.
Big Mac would also then not need to have his sister completely naked.
On a side note, if he were to buy the CMCs, that would be a good option to avoid foalcon/ child sex material in the story.

PS. the story Bruised Apples is actually a pretty darn good story with good character development and with the situation treated realistically, as in it’s pretty darn shitty. It sure as heck does not make the situation out to be all fun and games, Makes for pretty gut wrenching reading, but is well written.
