@Background Pony #1235
What are you talking about? All we have is audio of the episode right now. Where did you see finished animation of “Grannies Gone Wild”?
I’m pretty late to this party, but I submit that the blue-gray stallion in the corner gives off more of a Ming Tsai vibe. The hairstyle and color doesn’t fit Oliver at all.
A great bonus thing for me this episode is that there’s an Indian restaurant literally next door to my work: $9 bucks for all-you-can-eat lunch, they got practically that exact same decor (plus those tables where you just sit on giant pillows), and I think they offer hookah as well.
@runesorcerer
That’s it, I’m writing my own version of this episode to fix the awful exclusion of the Lord of Flavortown, the Divine of Diners Drive Ins and Dives, our Savior Fieri.
I didn’t catch any of these other than the Gordon Ramsay pone. Must be the forehead lines that made him stand out so much more, it just screams “I’m a reference”.
All these cameos are awesome!
It would have also been awesome if they could have put Alton Brown or Emeril in there too but the room to do so was limited…
When I read the synopsis for this episode, my first thought was “it’s Kitchen Nightmares in Pony form!” And hoped that there’d be a Gordon Ramsey reference.
I was not disappointed.
@Whoknows
His name is Alton Brown. His most recent series is “Cutthroat Kitchen” which is actually pretty fun.
Good Eats would probably be his ponified form’s name, though.
So true I wish there was
