@JustTheBast
Actually it would probably be the mid-90s, but point made. xD
Eh, I prefer a wired mouse anyway since I use a desktop PC (I know laptops and tablets are the way of the future…but I prefer a bigger screen to see more clearly). I also don’t own a mobile phone if there’s any other ways you’d like to point out that I’m old-fashioned. :P
When it comes to wireless mice, mine’s a relatively new one from Logitech, and it said it was specifically built for gaming. It’s great! (At least for now.) Its two AA batteries last literally a year without me turning it off, which is just impressive.
…Didn’t stop it from dying in the middle of an overwatch match for the first time since I got it. Any other time, mouse! Any other time! Reinhardt can’t smash someone’s face in when he can only look in one direction.
@Blissey1
You say that like I wouldn’t have thought of it already…I’d buy a pack of 20, and when the first pair ran out? I found that my dad had already managed to use up the other 18 on TV remotes and torches (the torches were for whenever he takes the pack on camp). So I was no better off anyway. :P
My wireless mouse seemed like a good idea at the time…until the batteries kept running out in the middle of the night, over bank holiday weekends, or at friggin’ Xmas. I ditched in favour of a normal wired mouse that won’t run out of power at inopportune moments instead. :P

Two or three recharges? Jeez, when did you last try rechargeable batteries, the 1980s?
Modern Ni-MH rechargeables last for hundreds of charge cycles without showing any drop in efficiency, over a thousand for the higher-end ones.

so hide a pack of your own somewhere :p

uhh, the batteries on my mouse last months at a time. jsut get a 20 pack of AAs and you’re set for a year or two.
Edited
Rechargeable batteries? Eh, I’ve used them before too…they pretty much went dead after about 2 or 3 recharges. xD
It’s better now that we have rechargeable batterys so you’ll never run out of power
