Trump-memes were made by experienced meme-makers, and was made out of Trump’s speech. Therefore accidental memes from Trump’s part. Then there was memes making fun of him in funny ways.
Clinton-memes were made from Clinton herself, and not based of her speech. Therefore those memes were very forced and just cringeworthy. Then there was memes talking bad about her in bad ways.
I think Trump had the better memes, and it was also thanks to what these candidates did themselves.
Take unrelated discussion of politics to the forums; not every image that deals with politics is free for any sociopolitical discussion; try to keep a semblance of order.
I honestly think one of the reasons Trump won was because his meme game was so much stronger than Hillary’s. I mean, Christ, every other word that comes out of his mouth seems to become one.
Not to mention all the major meme producers of the Internet seemed to focus almost solely on him. A lot of them probably didn’t even really him, and just kept doing it because it rustled so many jimmies. This was only aided by the fact that all the memes made by Hillary’s ers came out forced and cringy.
And yet the madness of the trump cultists hasn’t ended with it
