That depends on the of perimeter of the Everfree. Is it an irregular shape or a circular circumference? Are the west and east sides the same length? Are there rivers without bridges on one side and not the other, or other delays?

Bonus credit: Fluttershy would have travelled 3.15 miles, Rainbow Dash would have travelled 3.75 miles.
