Um…if the person who made the image says there is no shipping happening at all, then it’s not going on. What you described is not only not in the image, but several mental leaps and bounds to get to the idea that this is shipping. It’s like when someone sees two characters (probably female ones, ‘cause it’s the law or something) near each other, they’ll ship them together for no reason than a mental image the shipper has of those two kissing and nothing else.

Neither do I, but this can easily be shipping: One character gets “friendly” when drunk, asks another character to come to their house to sleep, the friend ask for help for the situation, is told they know what to do, and they’re torn between what’s right and what they want.

Really no shipping lens needs to be brought into play here. It’s just Fluttershy’s weird drunken behaviour and Rainbow’s protective nature running up against Twilight’s social awkwardness, and then ‘hilarity ensues,’ as the saying goes.
