Some folks in Japan got an idea based around the open chest sweater, two girls wore said idea and made it work, then the idea became a cash cow, followed by a meme.
The artist of this image has also done a comic series where he also gave Marble more lines (and character development) beyond her trademark catchphrase.

Well, many anthro depictions of Fluttershy showed her with huge “assets”, leading to the tag “hootershy”.
