They basically have no concept of “He’s a stranger I shouldn’t talk to him”. If they spot you and want to chat, play, hang out, flirt, or whatever, they’ll come right up and do it without a seconds hesitation :D

How eager are they to socialize (excessively, overly, average, etc), and what’s their general limit on how friendly they are on their first time meeting someone; (Just talking, hugging, kissing, whatnot)?

Basically in my continuity they have no real society or anything like that. They’re so hard to injure and nothing preys on them so they’ve never had a need for it. They’re definitely friendly and like socialization though. They and tatzlponies are at the “friendliest and most harmless” end of the monster ponies :D
