The new milestone for the Changedling Kingdom project, the “Tour de Sagesse” cathedral. Ever since this project started out, before I assembled some friends to collab with and went with using “Medieval French” architecture as the main source of inspiration, it was set in stone that “Notre Dame” would be obligatorily included in the hive, because let’s it it: Medieval is never complete without the Bells of Notre Dame XD. It was hinted many times, from the first page detailing some of its statues, or the three intersecting horseshoe symbols and ciphers, to its stained glass windows from the previous update. (kudos from the team to whom figured it out before this was ed ^^). Asides these reasons, Disney’s Hunchback of Notre Dame is one of my top favorite Disney movies, what more can I say? Asides that is an UNFAIRLY underrated movie!!! >:I
The overall layout design, asides being Notre Dame itself, like on previous entries, while having a more natural forest/insect and rocky design, most of it is carved from stone for that visual and artistic dedication that Jean de Chelles poured onto it.
As for the “Marked Heart Society”, defined by the horseshoe holding the heart in place and referencing you know what XD, are the ones that run the “Tour de Sagesse”, featuring a cameo of my ponysona “Marker Pace” and two of my collaborators XD (feel free to find out who they are . This is only a fun cameo between the staff). Their main purpose is to offer guidance to the “wavering hearts” of those in need. Ever since the end of season 6 we now learn more about changelings to the point their lives have become a forked road: Either you could stay like Chrysalis and feed off love in addiction or you learn to accept and give love to somepony else. So this cathedral isn’t a house of worshiping a higher Entity, nor King Thorax as some speculated before: It is a sanctuary that doesn’t pressure anypony into “giving love to someone because it’s the right thing to do” nor discriminating, but help them guide to said path, indirectly by wisdom, and by giving changelings their own freedom of choice of what they want to do with their lives.
Even though I’m an atheist, (First of all, I’m the respectful kind to those that believe in religion and God. Everyone needs to have faith like how my faith is in Science and Techology), if there’s one thing I’ve learned from Disney’s Hunchback of Notre Dame is that God isn’t a Higher Entity to Who we should pray to grant us our wishes or solve our problems, but someone we can ask for help in guiding our path. God is present in all of us and sometimes might interfere indirectly when a city is in a moral crisis among other things, as implied by the Archdeacon in the movie. We all must have something to rely our faith too. We all should gather as a community to grant us hope in times of crisis. To me, these are the facts a real religion should follow: To give the proper morality to help us make our best life decisions and as a beacon of hope. (Thank you Disney! W)

Also, you are correct. There’s a key somewhere in the picture for the cipher in the er’s desctiption. As for the one in parenthesis, well it’s still incomplete. It can only be properly deciphered when the next and final picture is ed, because it will form a complete picture alongside with this one and the train station froma previous entry
What sort of 4-9-3-6-10-23-11-19-10-4 are we talking about here? Sorry if I got something in that translation wrong.
Also, the cipher in the er description doesn’t seem to translate to anything, unless there was a key in the picture’s bottom cipher, which, again, I’m not even going to try and translate.
