This is clearly classic when applejack sits on rainbow dash’s chests and neck she then she kicked her at one spot that make her realized that. She can fly upside down now.

To be honest, after watching Season 7 finale, I think this scenario is fairly possible. S1 AJ lost with Dash in a hoof-wrestle, yet S7 AJ while being near ancient artifact managed to stop and push away a boulder heavier even than Ursa Minor.
I feel S7 Appletiny would have enough strenght to push normal-size Dash form her back and jump onto her muzzle while sitll holding the reins.

Though there’s one more scenario possible. Applejack can struggle to lift Dash on her tiny back, push him to the side and jump onto her muzzle, staring into Dash’s shocked face. “Ya were sayin’?”
