That’s what Nick Confalone had in mind when writing “Hearthbreakers”, though he conceded that a later writer could change that fact since it’s not actually stated in the episode, I think.
Though given Maud has no hesitation leaving the rock farm, it makes Maud being not the oldest more likely.

You’re forgetting that some people have children at younger ages than other people. The Pie family lifestyle on the rock farm strikes me as one that would have younger mothers compared to the other mane six families.
Point is that judging someone’s age by the age of their children isn’t 100% reliable.

My predictions: Bright might have a beard-like color on his chin like Dashie’s dad, while Pear retain the same curly mane but her face looked older and probably have more freckles

Probably, based on her behavior. And due to the fact that she possibly gave birth to Dashie in a very young age. Look closely at one of Dashie’s childhood photos in S7E07. In those photos, Windy seemingly in the same age or a little older than the Mane Six today.

I’d actually say Marble is probably perfectly comfortable in the company of Limestone, in my opinion. She’s probably at least very used to her.
