I think Twilight here is actually a Rarity pretool. If you that big group shot image, it appears that Rarity is the one wearing this coat, not Twilight.
Look above normal Rarity’s mane. You can see Rarity’s white legs and the same coat (you can tell by the shape of the corners of it), but she’s wearing different shoes.

Look a little closer. It’s twilight wearing white pants. You can see her hooves sticking out of the gray boots.
