When Chester died, so did the band. Personally, I don’t think the Linkin park band can continue on with their tour and career without Chester’s iconic voice. Sure there are other backup vocalists in the past, but they wouldn’t be the same compare to Chester.
Well, Chester Bennington, thank you. Thank you for all your amazing performance for us in these years. I know that I’m not fully into the content of your band (nor yours too) but I had to do this because your fans are mourning about your ing.
I’m still on listening What I’ve Done, which appeared in Transformers (2007) and has since then grew on me after looping it for a few times. Recently, I got addicted to Roads Untraveled, which appeared in Need for Speed (2015).
The one song that I thought of when I heard the news about it was “In The End”.
@Badheart
Papercut is another good song for it.
Papercut
Yeah, even though they can replace Chester (vocal skill wise), his style, personality, and friendship was something that can never be replaced.
R.I.P Chester
sigh. That poor man..
That was actually the first song I listened to when I heard the news. That song is so much more powerful now.
Forget the wrong that I’ve done
Help me leave behind some
Reasons to be missed
Don’t resent me
And when you’re feeling empty
Keep me in your memory
Leave out all the rest
Leave out all the rest
