Many that scene happened offscreen after Capper let the Mane Six and Spike flee from Tempest and Grubber. This scene leads to Tempest and Grubber capturing Capper and telling him where Twilight is and Capper tricked them that they’re heading towards Black Skull Island instead of Mount Aris.
