I feel like this is quite an uneven fight. I mean, second-lowest mortal level or not, Beerus is still incredibly powerful while Capper has no combat skill whatsoever. It’s like sending a military aircraft to take down a hot air balloon.

I wasn’t being serious. I just find the idea that any canon not represented in the tournament could be said to be stronger than Dragon Ball to be funny.
Mortal Level isn’t based purely on power, it’s more of a “quality of civilization” thing. U9 was the lowest because as we saw in the few bits we got of it and some stuff the Trio De Dangers said, it was a violent cuthroat universe full of conflict and shitty civilizations
U7 is low largely because Buu and Freeza really fucked shit up, now Beerus is at fault here since he did nothing about this though.

I don’t know. Beerus represents the second weakest universe, right? And I don’t recall any Equestrians in the tournament, so Capper would come from at least the top 50% of realities power-wise.
Some people fail to understand Beerus is not one of the bad guys. I am glad you understand it and remind them.

One hit, without hurting him badly is what he deserved after what he wanted to do. At least he made things better at the end

Beerus defeated Goku straight up, no cheats in one of those flicks. Capper stands no hope here.
