If your enger is viewing you from a porthole that faces out to the open sky, you have a LOT MORE troubling issues than just the invasion of privacy at 50 thousand feet in the air!!
(BTW, this reminds me of an actual airline that wanted to add portholes in their airplane bathrooms and one customer actually asked concerns about the invasion of privacy)
