The only point that I was trying to make was that I don’t see why the emberspike ship should be referred to as “this crap”, as so eloquently put by Background Pony #2DE9. I never at any point said that the rarispike ship was invalid. Only that it was ironic that a ship between two dragons was getting grief.

Spike and Ember don’t share romantic feelings for each other in canon, and interspecies relationships is not uncommon in western animation. Shows like The Amazing World of Gumball and Regular Show are the best example of that. So what are you talking about?

what I mean is that it is not uncommon for a character of a different species from the other to be together for example spike and rarity if it ends together It would not be strange, since the writers are the ones who have the last word,please do not get mad ;)

“This crap?” It’s shipping one dragon with another dragon, which is a much more realistic pairing than shipping a dragon with a pony. So I fail to see your logic here.
