That’s extroversion with a side helping of social anxiety. If you want examples of introversion in the show, look at Twilight, Starlight, Big Mac, Trixie, Cranky… basically any character who almost never puts their free time towards seeking out friendly personal with other ponies (and doing it out of a sense of duty or because of other pressures doesn’t count).
