I would love to see this happen! Rainbow’s an expert in aerodynamics and she has to teach Twilight how to fly through diagrams and lectures. It would shock every one of her friends and she’d just shrug it off like, “this is the easy stuff, wait until I talk about how rainbows are made and the science that goes into that.”

I’ve had a fanfic idea bouncing around for like 5 years. One of the key points of the setting is that Equestrian ponies are the descendants of human experiments to make pegasi. We needed to make them much smarter than current IRL horses to handle flight, but somewhere humanity got wiped out and our enhances ponies survived to become the Equestrian ponies we know and love.
