If it’s a duo, and one is addressing the other, then in all honesty anything works.
I’m partial to quotation dashesalso: Quotation Dash is best pony, but I’m pretty much on my own there, and this isn’t really prose. Conversely, I think that movie-script-style reads way too much like spoken forms of address and less like labels for short dialogues. Movie-style labels are specialized enough to be confusing until you decode the back-and-forth.
