It’s one of those things where they have a lot of little uncanny valley kind of behaviors. Little things about their body language and how they move would be enough that you’d take notice and and think something was up with them, but probably not think too much of it. Until the tongue came out XD

They mostly just go after filthy places. They’re pretty irreverent to ponies and their business, typically preferring to just keep to themselves. Of course, if you cross one’s path and you’re dirty, he or she’s not going to care whether you want to be licked or not and will tie you down in their tongue to keep you from resisting :P

Well, photosensitivity really isn’t strange enough to be a sign that an individual is a literal monster.
Though, in Equestria, an adult blank flank would certainly be an odd sight.

This is actually their norm. They hide that they’re actually monsters very well until it’s too late, unless you pick up on subtle things like their aversion to bright light or their lack of a cutie mark :P

That, specifically, I’ve only ever done twice. Usually it’s really minor and irrelevant things like Elkie.exe using the color palette of a Game Boy screen…
Or the ASCII code for Kraus’s OC’s base color (Which I then lighten for the fill color, and darken for the outline color) being “A55407”, or “ASSHOL” XD

I’d assume an initial token resistance to having her tongue pulled out followed by her suddenly extending her tongue at the hardest pull, sending the puller flying and then burying them under yards and yards of tongue. =P

It’s like how normal stuff we do is considered unbelievably lewd in other cultures, or vice-versa. She’d find the idea that licking someone was overly sexual to be adorably prudish :P
