No, it would still be the Justice League just an alternate version. I think he would have wanted a major superhero team that’s from an alternate earth within the DC multiverse that isn’t an alternate version of the already aforementioned teams here. So the Avengers is his best bet.

Why not the Justice League Unlimited From the Justice League Cartoon there an iterdimentional DC Group and a great fit for the Equestria Girls

I wanted to highlight the Equestria girls as an alternative version of the Mane 6. Unfortunately, I could not think of any interdimentional team in DC comics that seemed to me for a fair comparison. One of my few options was the Zoo Crew or The Champions of Angor, but the first would have seemed a joke and the second have had few appearances in comics, mostly to die.
If I had used Marvel teams, I would probably have placed them next to the Ultimates or the Supreme Squadron.
