Which kinda angers me because if you choose to get THAT hammered, then some of the responsibility for future events is on you.
While I want to agree with you, it’s not a matter of opinion. That it the letter of the law. A drunk (person) can not legally give consent and it can be considered rape in court.
If they were both drunk, it’s kinda unfair to say only one can give consent.
When Does Drunk Sex Become Rape? I mean it’s consent because of alcahol, but still it’s not at her full awareness. It’s still Jet’s fault for knoncking on her like that but using rape word is too harsh for this imo.

It’s not a rape, but he’s kinda took adavantage of her while they were drunk. Delta was getting a job for pony NASA, and Jet didn’t want her to go to leave him for that. He asked her for a drink and they got some loving after that then pregnancy happened. You can read Shino’s story blog for the story.

Probably in the last of her finals which would have landed her an incredible job doing rocket science. She failed, had her child, and he took the life she would have had.
