Well this is normal when you program one, I have this process dragged on for a year) But to create your engine is pretty tough, it’s already a rarity.
I hope you will be able to release it soon, I can not wait to see what kind of game it is.
@MaikasUA
We started the project 11 months ago. I made the engine for 1 month, then there was a big pause, then i developed the engine 3 months later for a half month, then another pause for 7 months until i waked up the project in April 1. And i finished the engine a few days ago, but we do the game now. The game’s current version is v0.90.
So i find what is what, I give clear names but its true, without comments.
I hope others can easily mod the game content (no need programming knowledge) to make their own pony platformer game from the base game. If there will be any modder…
But first I release the v0.90 soon, because we have some free time problem.
The game contains a story mode campaign with one or two players and a custom map editor. With the structure of the “code pony” game engine its easy to make an own campaign, but its sadly limited to the current enemies. My artists have quite a few spare time so I made compromises on the game.

Something tells me that if you open this code in 2-3 months you will not understand what’s what (unless of course leave comments).
It will be interesting to look at the result.
Its c____. And this type of coding called spagetti coding, the most faster type of coding. Its not team friendly but its fast and quick. The trick is that the programmer have to know what he does. I do the code in sub levels, so i know every single letter in the code.
Btw this is the player physics handling in the project “code pony” game engine.
If i separate the code, i cant see everything at once.
Сode is so typical and at the same time incomprehensible that I can not understand what kind of language it is.
I will assume that this C# or C____ although I do not even see the typification…

Lol. Good luck. :D

Maybe you should take up Rust?

Well that permission escalated quickly…
yea, he is actively searching for bugs backwards.
Who gave you permission to post as root?
