What makes you believe that these were concurrent relationships? The “divorced” tag suggests that one relationship ended before another began.
..? Spike is still banging both Rarity and Ember. Rarity at least wouldn’t permit her husband to have another (even while keeping several stallions at a time herself)

Why could that not mean that Rarity and Spike had already broken up by the time Rarity had a child with another? Or vice-versa.

The “Unknown Parent” child is coming off of Rarity, implying that the act of unfaithfulness was on her part, not Spike’s.
