Velvet’s relationship with the Empress has settled to some mere flirting for old time’s sake after she got serious with Night Light, married and had some kids. But back when she was the assistant…
The younger Twilight isn’t a big fan of that history being mentioned. But right now, she’s just glad she’s finished checking up on all the preparations.

I can kinda see where they are coming from, the muzzles all have flat panes and a lot of straight lines which are normally associated with stallions. I personally like the style.
Is it a theme for the mares in this universe to look pumped full of testosterone? They’re also very handsome for mares. Not hating or anything, just curious if it’s a purposeful style.

That’s just downright harsh. And if that were the case, There’d be no pony in the kingdom right now, since all of her subjects are mortal as far as I know. She’s lived over 1000 years. And How could Velvet have Twilight if that’s how things were done in Equestria?
Honestly, I think she holds off on gobbling ability for any Snotty Nobles who disagree with her on big decisions…. and maybe some little ones.

Nightmare Moon seems to have gone to great lengths to ensure that never happens, but it remains to be seen if it will happen anyway. Given the title of this series, I suspect we will be seeing her before it’s all over.
I’m not getting that from Silfoe’s style either.

Nah, she only gobbles fillies and colts. That’s why we haven’t seen any in this entire series.
Well, she could always gobble up Celesia, if she returns, with that lore made about her on Nightmare Night.
