I’ve watched this special twice now and I don’t think I actually noticed Rainbow dabbing either time. Honestly I just think Rainbow Dash being a filthy memer makes total sense, so I’m endlessly amused that this little Easter egg exists. It’s really not that prominent, though this show’s attempts at relevance are a little awkward at times. Hope they figure this stuff out a bit more; on paper, I enjoy the idea of putting these characters into the contemporary zeitgeist, but I’m not convinced anyone has ever wanted a freaking selfie drone.
