Three of these arguments are flawed.
Twilight is equality of outcome where some are assumed to be inherently inferior for specific traits. This makes it biased by race, sex, class, or other trait in favor of one group over others. Society is supposed to have moved past that. Just because it is of benefit to a person does not mean that it is not discrimination. History is filled with examples of a society giving better treatment to some groups over others for reasons of inherent traits. It was wrong then and is wrong now regardless of who it benefits
Celestia is even worse because it is theft and leads to collapse of the entire system in a way that it can’t recover. Why sould any of those in the background pay for seats when you can just watch for free without paying. As more people start watching through the fence to avoid paying the stadium is forced to raise ticket prices to maintain solvency. It robs the stadium and players and eventually they can’t pay players and have to shut down the games altogether when the cost of operation exceeds revenues consistently. Nobody gets to watch when this happens. It is also like asking the apple store to sell iPhones to people normally but also not be mad if someone just comes and walks out with one without buying it. Eventually they will have lost so much money in phones they built but weren’t able to sell that it isn’t worth selling the phones at all because sales keep dropping and prices keep going up.
Starlight is equality of opportunity which is the optimal balance of fairness, freedom, and not making decisions based on inherent traits so is the least biased. However, it is also flawed because each of the three in the picture are attempting to watch the game without paying. The system isn’t the problem in this case it is the lack of enforcement of rules. The point of the fence is to give value to the people that got tickets not as a barrier to overcome by the small population of thieves and freeloaders that exist in society. If anything the problem needs to be remedied by building a taller fence by the stadium and telling loitering people to get lost, not redistribution of the boxes or removing the fence. Society does not and should not its own robbing. If you believe otherwise why dont you put all your life savings under your mattress, leave your doors unlocked or just take them off the hinges altogether, and then it all over the Internet with your complete address and list of valuables.
Trixie is the joke, I know, but also brings up the possibility of alternative options that the three can pursue without resorting to theft or demanding special treatment from groups that owe them nothing.
I hate when this baseball/box propaganda shows up because people never bother actually thinking about it they just make a rash emotional judgment that makes them feel good and s the propagandists agenda that they have badly framed.
@MadVillain
Some stadiums, such as Dodgers’ stadium in Los Angeles, have a green, grassy hill behind the outfield. It technically belongs to the stadium, but people will take picnics to have there while they watch the game.
While that means them standing behind the fence is not unusual, it does make me question why they didn’t move away from the fence and potentially up a hill and/or bring a pair of binoculars with them.
Kim Jong Pone: Putting the three of them to work sewing Vinylon mittens 20 hours a day in an unheated shack, for bread and water, until they die, so that they won’t miss the fact that there are no games to watch.
That is what socialism is for.
I like you.

Guess they’re broke.
I agree. Celestia’s idea is the best; it’ll allow EVERYONE to view the game without any extra .
…Provided it’s viewed through a chain link fence, of course.

Celestia. Would love to see a pony baseball game.
