That’s an exaggeration. If you go off and talk about automobiles or something on an image like this then yes it will be deleted. Also sometimes there are things you should leave off of image comments.

It’s not upside down, and it’s been cut and twisted slightly to suggesting following the curve of her pelvis. You’ll note the side that closest to her crotch does not match up.
Her cutie mark is upside-down on her thigh and then part of it continues on her pelvis, so that it can only be seen in full when she’s in this exact pose from this exact angle.
