For me, the most terrifying disconnect from sanity is the realisation that all of these are probably recurring characters and settings from all over a nine year run. The G1 comics continuity is highly consistent, it just isn’t at all rational at any stage.
Suddenly, Majesty’s awesome life giving and immortality granting powers don’t seem so great when even an incompetent like Muddle can do the same for a bunch of animals and, um, dragon helpers.
