Yeah, although considering the registry number, it’s possible that the ship is older than the registry number - NCC-1972 would put it theoretically somewhere near the USS Excelsior, NX-2000/NCC-2000. Which would actually make the uniforms a little less anachronistic.

Though the ship could be a model somewhere in the 2360’s, easily explaining both it and the uniform.
