It’s talking about how the S5 finale made it seem like Starlight would become a 7th Mane 6, but then she was only in a handful of episodes and almost exclusively hung around Twilight and had almost no episodes with all of them or 1-on-1 with the non-Twilight ones and kept having to go somewhere else while the rest all did things together and missed out on several adventures, much to my disappointment.
Starlight seems pretty content with her standing with Twilight and her friends, she’s even sort of developed her own little side group with Maud, Trixie, and Sunburst. I don’t think not being an element bearer or whatever has bothered her.

I wanted, but of course she needed to spend time with the ramen5 and she only could with Pinkie, so yeah…That wasn’t possible.
