Yeah, Rosetta’s hairstyle looks similar to Sci-Twi’s hairstyle seen in “Friendship Games”. And yes, both were voiced by Tara Strong. Yep, if you’re watching “Twilight Under the Stars”, you’ll find out that when Twilight is talking to Rosetta Nebula, it’s actually Tara Strong talking to herself.
