No, in 2024 they hired someone named Emily as their new lead singer and released four songs: Heavy is the Crown, The Emptiness Machine, Two Faced, and From Inside.
This is surprisingly accurate about what she would like. I would also throw in Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Stone Temple Pilots and all that since I definitely see her as a grunge girl.
@Blackened Blue
Isn’t their one album with Buddy Holly on it pretty Scootsy though? My Dad (R.I.P.) and I are/were pretty into punk and other music for the jilted generations, and while I never listened to much Weezer, my Dad loved them alongside pretty much every other band on here except My Chemical Romance and maybe Killswitch Engage. (Idk if he liked them or not.) Old Weezer just went with everything for some reason I think.
Out of all the bands on that list, Weezer is the most out of place… Don’t get me wrong, I love them, but their recent output hasn’t been fantastic, and definitely pretty far removed from all the other bands.

This dude’s probably like 17 or something. I wouldn’t fault him if he had a red and black OC with heterochromia and some edgy backstory or something and likes anything with Rainbow Dash and scootaloo in it regardless of quality. Who gives a crap lol I say if there’s nothing to get who cares? Listen to a song long enough on repeat to the point where you know every little nook and cranny of the harmonies and the lyrical content, and I’ll bet it’ll eventually feel meaningless and you’ll ask what’s the point. Doesn’t mean the song’s any worse, even if you no longer see a point. Just sayin.

And she will cry when angels deserve to die.
And Alice In Chains And mother love bone and temple of the dog and mad season and screaming trees :D
Yeah it sucks how downhill they went.
I’m not so sure. There’s always Google
That’s good. But what about future Linkin Park albums?
All I know is that they did a tribute in memory of Chester, complete with audience participation in one or more of their songs
What happened to Linkin Park after that? I assume they disbanded?
Can’t believe it’s been nearly two years since it happened
Its still sad to hear about Chester Bennington.
First it was avicii that died, now linkin park.
They have a few songs that I’d definitely consider pop punk, but their discography is overally really spotty.
Yep. I liked them before the internet decided to make them into a goddamn punchline.
Is one of them linkin park?
