To be honest they should leave the shipping to the shippers, its like leaving certain things up for speculation such as King Sombra’s origins “not talking about the comic”. Last time they did a canon ship it was with Twilight and flash sentry and oh boy they did a number of things wrong with that. Just… no ya lost my trust on this hasbro, no more canon ships please, respect your fans and let this just be one of those “spoiled little brother teasing his older sister” moments.

Well there is still some episodes left, and possibly a Discord episode. However if they don’t go any further, we still have enough material and hints to assume they eventually get married in the future. Unlike most other ships, this one is at least ed not only by by their interaction but also by secondary characters like Angel and Spike.
This sounds more like ship-teasing then confirming Fluttershy has a crush on Discord. Kind of like how you see from both tv shows and real life sometimes when someone teases a possible relationship like “oooooo, you have a crush on him” despite not being true and they never became a thing. We also got to know this is a cartoon, where if a show’s staff love their fan base so much they will do things that they will like but it doesn’t mean they will make those things canon
What I am saying is, unless this actually comes out of Fluttershy’s lips and she means it, we can’t confirm this as meaning she likes Discord this way. TBH, I find more reasons to how they can’t possible be a couple than they can.
I know that this isn’t cannon and I don’t want to make a big fuss for the shippers out there because this is my opinion which doesn’t even matter.

I shrieked “What?!” at the top of my lungs when I heard Angel said that. I was shocked and dismayed. I’d really prefer if the show stayed away from shipping Discord with anyone, because he’s not exactly what I’d call the best person to date.
Still, I’ve been loving all the Rarijack we’ve been getting and they DID literally have Twilight and Pinkie say TwiPie just two episodes before so I guess it’s good with the bad?
Also I will defend Between Dark and Dawn because I enjoy seeing the Sisters being goofy real people. I was never fond of the whole “living goddesses” idea from the beginning and it to a little bit of fun schadenfreude at watching people tear up over the idea they’re not deities.
