I would say that, given how unrealistic it is one would have to call it a fetish fantasy/ Pinkie Pie wouldn’t be this fat… ittingly I partly see this as fact because I consider the idea that Pinkie Pie may have a high metabolism.
 
As in, it is because of Pinkie high activity levels and energy, along with a high metabolism that she manages to stay surprisingly thin despite the fact she eats a lot of ood and sweets.I know people in real like to very high metabolism, able to out eat everyone around them and not gain weight. One friend of mine had it bad enough he actually lost weight when asleep for the night.

Perhaps, but the more extreme cases are just fetish fantasies that would leave the character died, perhaps from heart attacks or simply because there would be no way they should be able to move. This is still pretty back, even if it isn’t as extreme as other images.

Besides, this is by far one of lesser examples of obesity, even among just this artist.

This Pinkie dearly needs to go on a diet. That weight is completely unhealthy, its amazing she can even walk let along go anywhere without a stuggle.

I’m not fixated on pony butts personally, but the chubby legs, and face are actually quite adorable.
