A good compromise for both fans. Those who can accept it as a sequel can pretend Not-Mane Six and friends are their children while those who don’t can leave it alone because Not-Twilight ruined it rather than the Twilight. That aside, I’m not sure if that deleted comment was genuinely mean or removed for “g5 hate”. Not all criticisms has to be that but spin the wheel I guess.

I wish they hadn’t cancelled G5. Celestia knows how long it’s gonna take for them to announce G6. I did enjoy a fair bit of stuff from G5 even if it wasn’t perfect.

I feel like G5 being in the same world as G4 indirectly brought that instigation. If it was it’s own universe like previous generations it wouldn’t have been as bad.
If you ask me, I think Spike didn’t lost his memory, he just said it to not the very possible painful moments he went through during Opaline’s attack who separated him from Twilight and the girls
